Who we are

Cybilution is a Udyam-registered sole proprietorship run by Soham Sharma. We provide cybersecurity training. For anything on this page, reach us at cybilution@gmail.com.

What we collect

You can read every page of this site without giving us anything. There is no account to create. We only hold data once you contact us, register for the free demo, or enrol.

• When you register for the free demo: your name, phone number, email address, city and state, your stated experience level and your laptop’s RAM, so we can place you in the demo batch and reach you about it. That is the entire registration form — no ID, no payment details.
• When you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number, your name as it appears on WhatsApp, and whatever you choose to write.
• When you email us: your email address and the contents of your message.
• When you enrol: your name, phone number, email address, and your stated background or experience level, so we can place you in the right course.
• During a course: attendance, submitted lab work and assessments, so we can give feedback and issue a certificate.

What we do not collect

• We do not ask for and do not store your government ID, Aadhaar, PAN, bank details or card numbers.
• We do not run advertising trackers, analytics profiling or third-party marketing pixels on this site.
• This site sets no cookies of its own, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss.

Why we hold it

• To answer the question you actually asked.
• To register you for a course and tell you when it runs.
• To teach the course, mark your work and issue your certificate.
• To keep the records a registered business is required to keep.

We do not use your details to send marketing you did not ask for. If we ever want to tell you about a new batch, we will ask first.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. It is seen only by:

• Your trainers, so they can teach and assess you.
• Services we use to operate — WhatsApp and Meta for messaging, Google for email and for the spreadsheet where demo registrations are recorded, an email-delivery provider that sends your confirmation, Vercel for hosting this site, and the video platform used for live classes. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.
• A payment provider, if and when online payment is enabled. Card and bank details would go directly to them and never reach us.
• A government authority, where the law requires it.

Lab work and course material

Practical exercises run against targets you set up yourself or targets we provide for the purpose. We do not ask you to submit data from any live system, any employer’s network, or anyone else’s machine — and we will not accept it if you do.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment: deleted within 12 months.
• Student records and certificates: kept for 3 years, so we can reissue a certificate or confirm you completed a course.
• Financial records: kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete it, except records we are legally required to keep or need to verify a certificate;
• withdraw consent you previously gave.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy. We keep student records in access-controlled accounts and limit who can see them. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise — but we hold very little about you in the first place, which is the most effective protection available.

Children

Our courses are intended for people aged 16 and over. If you are under 18, please enrol with a parent or guardian’s consent.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top of this page and tell current students directly.
