Who you are dealing with

Cybilution is a Udyam-registered sole proprietorship run by Soham Sharma. “We” and “us” mean Cybilution; “you” means the person enrolling.

What we provide

Instructor-led training in Linux system administration, networking, ethical hacking and vulnerability assessment, delivered as live sessions with practical lab work. Course contents, duration and price are as published on this site at the time you enrol.

We may adjust the running order of topics, the tools used or the schedule where it improves the course or where something outside our control requires it. We will not quietly reduce what a course covers.

Enrolment and payment

• Enrolment is confirmed once payment is received and we have confirmed your place in a batch.
• Prices are one-time and in Indian Rupees. The price you were quoted at enrolment is the price you pay.
• Your place is personal to you. Course access, recordings and materials may not be shared, resold or transferred to anyone else.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Lawful use — please read this

We teach offensive security techniques so that you can defend systems and work professionally in the field. Those same techniques are illegal when used against systems you do not own or have not been authorised, in writing, to test. In India this is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the consequences are criminal, not academic.

By enrolling, you agree that:

• you will practise only against lab targets we provide, or systems you personally own, or systems whose owner has given you written authorisation and a defined scope;
• you will not use anything taught here to access, disrupt, damage or exfiltrate data from any system without that authorisation;
• you will not use course material to build or distribute malware, or to provide attack services to others;
• you are solely responsible for what you do with these skills once you leave the classroom.

If we find you are using what we teach unlawfully, we will remove you from the course immediately, with no refund, and cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.

What we do not promise

We want to be direct about this, because much of this industry is not.

• We do not guarantee a job. No placement guarantee, no hiring promise, no tie-up we have not named.
• We do not guarantee a salary. Any figures you see discussed are market context, never a commitment to you.
• We are not an accredited university or certifying body. Our certificate records that you completed our course. It is not a government qualification, and it is not CEH, OSCP or any other third-party certification.
• The internship included in the Career Program is a structured learning placement. It is not an offer of employment and carries no promise of one.

What you get is skill, practice and a portfolio. What you do with those is up to you and the market.

Your conduct in class

• Attend, participate, and do your own lab work.
• Treat trainers and other students with respect. Harassment of any kind ends your place on the course.
• Do not record, screenshot or redistribute live sessions or materials without permission.
• Do not share credentials to lab environments or attack other students’ machines.

Course materials

Slides, lab guides, scripts, recordings and written material remain our property. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning, for as long as you like. You may not republish, sell or teach from them.

Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued when you finish a course and submit the required lab work. We can reissue it on request for three years. We will withdraw a certificate if we find it was obtained dishonestly.

Liability

We deliver the training described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for career or business outcomes, or for anything you do with these skills outside the course. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the fee you paid for the course in question.

Sessions depend on internet connectivity and third-party platforms. If a session is disrupted by an outage, we will reschedule it rather than refund it.

Ending an enrolment

You may leave a course at any time; whether a refund applies is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may end your enrolment without refund for unlawful use, harassment, or sharing paid material.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra.
